KUDO INVEST is the result of the evolution, growth, and transformation of VIÑALS NOGAL FAMILY OFFICE within the NODUM CORPORATE group.

It emerged from the founding partners’ resolve to safeguard the loyalty and trust of its clients, and also of new clients looking for first-class, personalized, professional services, while preserving our values of independence, transparency and flexibility.

The KUDO INVEST team of experts, headed by the founding partner, Patrícia NOGAL, treasures its long experience in the field of financial consulting in private investment banking institutions.

Graduate in Business Administration and Management with an MBA from ESADE business school.

Financial analyst certified by the European and International Diploma of Financial Analyst (CEFA&CIIA).

Her professional career began at CRÈDIT ANDORRÀ, SA, as an international private banker from 2005 to 2014, administering, assessing, and managing the private assets of a portfolio of individual and professional clients.

In 2014, she collaborated in the creation of a wealth management firm, first as Sales Director, then assuming the position of Managing Director.

In 2017, together with Jaume VIÑALS, she founded the financial advisory and family office services company VIÑALS NOGAL FAMILY OFFICE, ASF, SL, which later evolved into KUDO INVEST ASD, SL.

Jaume VIÑALS

Financial Advisor & Compliance Officer

Diploma in Business Science from the University of Barcelona (UB) and postgraduate in International Financial Analysis from CEFA Foundation.

His career began at CRÈDIT ANDORRÀ, SA, where he worked as a private banking manager from 1987-2015. During his period at the bank, he gained experience in administration, financial advice and management of private wealth in a broad portfolio of national and international clients.

In 2017, together with Patrícia NOGAL, he founded VIÑALS NOGAL FAMILY OFFICE, ASF, SL.

Xavier TORRES

Diploma in Business Science from the University of Barcelona (UB) and Certified European Financial Analyst Diploma (CEFA).

Xavier joined the team in December 2023, as Business Development Manager.

His career spans more than 26 years.

Between 2020-2023, he held the position of General Manager at Andbank Asset Management; from 2012-2020, he was Variable Income Director at Mora Asset Management. Prior to that, he was Investment Director at Caixa Manresa Gestió SGIIC between 2007-2010.

Previously, he always worked in financial markets and investment fund management in institutions such as: Iberagentes Gestión SGIIC, Popular Gestión Privada SGIIC, Caixa Catalunya Gestió SGIIC.

David SOLANES

Financial Advisor

Degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Barcelona (UB); postgraduate in Andorran, Spanish and French Taxation from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF); accredited European Financial Advisor – EFPA (2003) and ESG Advisor (2021).

For more than 25 years, he has pursued a career in Andorran banking, as Office Manager, Private Banking Manager and Senior Wealth Manager, specializing in the administration, assessment and management of private wealth in a portfolio of national and international clients.

In 2022, he started a new phase as Independent Financial Adviser, joining the KUDO INVEST, ASF, SL. structure as Financial Agent, with a view to advising clients holistically and globally in the management and optimization of their personal/family wealth.
